Job Description
Support the design and implementation of the Bosch internal communication and social responsibility strategy across Portugal and Spain, ensuring effective information dissemination, employee engagement, and alignment with the company’s values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communication:
-Assist in defining and executing the internal communication strategy to keep employees informed and engaged.
-Manage and update communication tools such as the internal app, corporate TVs, newsletters, intranet, and social networks.
-Organize employee-focused events that promote collaboration and inclusion.
Social Responsibility:
-Collaborate on the development and execution of corporate social responsibility initiatives to strengthen Bosch’s positive societal impact.
Coordination and Management:
-Work closely with Bosch teams across locations in Portugal and Spain to ensure consistency in communication and alignment with strategic goals.
-Handle incoming communications via the company website and maintain employee benefit partnerships, including discount agreements.
Performance Tracking:
-Develop performance metrics, monitor results, and provide reports to ensure goals are achieved and challenges are promptly addressed.
Qualifications
Education:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Communication Sciences, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Languages:
-Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
-Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish or German, is a plus.
Skills:
-Assertive communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
-Team-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
-Proactive and flexible approach to work challenges.
Experience:
-Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
