Job Summary:
We seek a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to assist our remote team on a project basis. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Designer and work closely with the team’s designers to bring web design concepts to life for North American Technology Startups and mid-sized established brands. You will be responsible for developing responsive landing pages and websites using Webflow, ranging from simple projects, all the way up to more complex ones. This role emphasizes precision in implementing designs and requires strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to follow design specifications accurately.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement responsive websites using Webflow according to the designs provided in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize site performance.
• Test and troubleshoot websites across various browsers and devices.
• Implement web animations and interactions to enhance user experience.
• Participate in rounds of QA to ensure design accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that might arise during development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide ongoing website maintenance and updates.
Experience Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Webflow Developer.
• Strong working knowledge of Webflow and familiarity with Figma.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into functional and visually accurate Webflow websites.
• Basic understanding of web design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and development.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English (proficiency not required, but basic skills are necessary).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in web development or web design industries.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards.
• Creative inclination and ability to contribute to design discussions.
