The Company

At Street we propose a new way to enjoy burgers. Our specialty is smash burgers, a delicious culinary masterpiece created by smashing a ball of minced meat on a griddle. We believe in the best quality only. Our meat is ethically sourced and produced, our buns are fluffy and our side potatoes are fresh and crispy. Currently, we are located in the most strategic neighborhoods in Lisbon and we hope to double our locations by the end of the year.

The Role

As a Marketing Specialist at Street Smash Burgers, you will play the crucial role of driving the marketing campaigns with a strong focus on technical components. You will manage the necessary tools, ensure seamless execution, represent the company’s online presence, and handle multiple projects. Social media is your superpower! You understand and can easily navigate Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook.

What you’ll be doing:

Create, manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Brand awareness through partnerships with other brands, events and festivals
Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows
Be the owner of all digital social platforms and ensure engagement with the online community
Develop and maintain a relationship with vendors and partners
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to bring success
Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing processes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support various marketing initiatives
Collaborate with admin and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals
Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

The Candidate
Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience
1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or related role
Social media and Google ads savvy
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience with analyzing data and providing insights
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to negotiate with suppliers and partners
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Portuguese (fluent); English (corporate); Spanish is a plus but not mandatory

Bonus Points:
Basic Photoshop, Canva and other design softwares
Keen eye for photography, videography and aesthetics
Strong problem solving skills
Creativity and passion in the marketing field
Socially aware and always up to date with the latest trends and events
